Organizing Kids Rooms – Part 1: Kids closets!

When we first agreed  (Malak and I) that February will be “Organizing Kids Rooms” month little did I know the amount of work I’m signing up for, as this is by far the most challenging project on our lists!

The amount of stuff we buy our kids is crazy, from clothes, to shoes, to toys, they are always growing and they always need new things. You have to have a strong organizing system to make the most of these things and keep your sanity at the same time, otherwise it will be utter chaos!

It’s this place where we keep all the things we don’t know where or why to keep, but at the same time these are things we cannot just throw away. Surviving small Kitchens: Live your life, full of spice!

I’m so excited about today’s post, simply because it’s a kitchen organization project I always wanted to finish, and I did! Anyone who knows me personally, knows that I like spices, I always cook with different mixes, and use lots of different spices and herbs in my marinades. Plastic drawers to the rescue

My husband (like most men) comes home from work with a ton of stuff, keys, papers, sunglasses, wallet and many other things that he leaves all around the house.  He knows where he puts his stuff (which is everywhere!), the problem is he doesn’t put them in the right place, and that is why he is always making a big fuss in the morning when he can’t find the tiny scrap of paper with the very important phone number.
